To Organize Bookmarks in Firefox do the following:

• Open Firefox.
• Click Bookmarks then click on Organize Bookmarks.
• Bookmark Manager will open. The Menu Bar includes; File, Edit, View and Help, each having its own drop down menus.
• It also has a Task Bar with, New Bookmark, New Folder, New Separator, Move, Properties, Rename and Delete captions showing.
• For Example to add a new folder:
• Click on “New Folder.
• In the Pop up type the new folder name you would like.
• Click OK. Do this for all the Folders you would like to create.

To Organize Favorites in Internet Explorer do the following:

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Click on Favorites then click on Organize Favorites.
• The Organize Favorites pop up will open. Which includes buttons for New Folder, Move, Rename and Delete (Very limited compared to Firefox).
• To open folders: Click a folder to expand it and see the links it contains.
• To create new folders: Click New Folder, type a name for the new folder, and then click Enter.
• To move favorites: Select a link or folder and then drag it to the new position or folder. You can also move items by selecting the link or folder, clicking Move, and then choosing the folder you want to move it to.
• To rename links or folders: Select a link or folder, and then click Rename. Type the new name, and then press ENTER.
• To delete links or folders: Click a link or folder, click Delete, and then click Yes to remove it.
• When you are finished organizing your favorite links, click Close.
