Want to make something different? Want to add flavor and zest? Want a versatile sauce? Then make aioli. It is sooooo simple, and sooooo delicious. Use it as a dipping sauce with chips. Use it as a sauce over seafood. With chicken fingers. With veggies.
There are only three ingredients: mayonnaise, garlic and kalamata olives.
- 11/2 to 2 cups of mayonnaise
- 4 cloves of garlic
- ½ pound of kalamata olives
Puree the olives. Crush the garlic. Mix the three ingredients. The sauce is complete.
Adjust the amounts of each of the three ingredients to your personal taste.
