Sea Pointe Estates has undergone a significant transition over the last several years. So far we have renovated the front gate, back gate, pool and clubhouse areas. We hope you will agree that the improvements made add significant value to the community. While there is more work yet to do, we are pleased with the aesthetic enhancements to the community.
You may not be aware but the Board also played a pivotal role in getting the reservoir tarp, which was a light blue eye-sore for anyone with northern views, replaced with a tan color that is much less obtrusive.
Now it is your turn. If you have a garage door that needs to be replaced or re-painted, windows that are leaking or landscape that needs upgraded, please consider now "your time to shine". Let's all do our part to improve our own homes in keeping with the CC&R's stated goal of having a "Class A" community.
To assist in your efforts for the last 6 months of 2015, the Board of Directors is waiving all ACC fees for any improvement qualified as a "minor remodel" or less. While a construction deposit may still be required, there will be no architectural fees for paint approval, or door or window approval etc. (Major Remodels and New Construction will still have the same fee schedule). The reviewing architect, Bill O’Keefe, will advise which applications qualify as a “minor remodel”.
Please use this "Amnesty" period to spruce up your home and keep pace the improvements at Sea Pointe Estates!!! This Amnesty period will end on December 31, 2015.
