Reports of Burglary

Cantilena – Unlocked truck. Stolen $40 Zocala – Car unlocked, keys in ignition. Stolen Car. Via Floritas – Large garage open. Burglar tried to get in the house door. Barking dog scared burglar away. All three events are due to residents carelessness. Numerous emails have been sent for homeowners to lock doors, windows and car doors. -Board Of Directors


Annual Election Reminder

This is another reminder regarding the Annual Election that is scheduled for March 13, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. (Registration to begin at 4:15 p.m.) In order to achieve quorum, a total of 129 ballots must be received. Management has collected 84 ballots thus far and requests that if you have not already completed your ballot, to do so and hand carry to the Election or to leave the ballot at the front gate if you cannot be present. Lastly, don’t forget to sign the outer envelope to validate your ballot.


Scheduled Front Gate Closure

The main vehicle entry off Marbella will undergo necessary repairs scheduled to take place between March 11th and March 23rd. During this time frame, ALL EXITING TRAFFIC will need to use the Calle Agua exit, as the Main Gate will be used solely for entry.

Appropriate barriers will be placed to indicate lane closures. If you have any questions or concerns, please respond to this email to the undersigned.

3rd Annual Car Show

Our 3rd Annual Car Show was a complete Success! Notable cars from our residents, some new, some favorites were all on display. Under tents were food and beverages for all. A bounce house was a great hit for the kids of Sea Pointe Estates! What a great time to meet new friends, reconnect, and make new friends!


Certified Yoga Class
