Annual Election Reminder

This is another reminder regarding the Annual Election that is scheduled for March 13, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. (Registration to begin at 4:15 p.m.) In order to achieve quorum, a total of 129 ballots must be received. Management has collected 84 ballots thus far and requests that if you have not already completed your ballot, to do so and hand carry to the Election or to leave the ballot at the front gate if you cannot be present. Lastly, don’t forget to sign the outer envelope to validate your ballot.


Scheduled Front Gate Closure

The main vehicle entry off Marbella will undergo necessary repairs scheduled to take place between March 11th and March 23rd. During this time frame, ALL EXITING TRAFFIC will need to use the Calle Agua exit, as the Main Gate will be used solely for entry.
